BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS Financial / Budget Requirements - * $500.00 per daily event ( Our desire is to work with each churches budget. Please contact to discuss) Travel Expense - mileage round trip, air fare, etc. Lodging - hotel or bed and breakfast ** (please no lodging with others) Meals - should be provided throughout Other Needs - help with sound equipment, product table, etc. * There are many on-going ministry expenses however financial requirements are a suggested amount and are to be used as a guide line only. ** Although fellowship time is an important and enjoyable part of ministry, it does not leave room for a time of rejuvenation, prayer, personal preparation, etc. therefore having the privacy of a hotel room is strongly recommended. |
